Design-it-Yourself Refund Policy
Our Guarantee is easy, when you use our browser based "Design-It-Yourself" tool you are free to save as many as 10 different logo concepts for reference and comparison to ensure your final visual brand direction is what you want. After you select a favorite design from your locker and checkout, final print and web resolution files will be sent to you. If for any reason during the first 30 days after purchase you are not satisfied with your logo design we will credit your account $99 towards the purchase of a different logo in your locker or put the $99 towards one of our Gold or Platinum Custom logo design packages.
Gold and Platinum Refund Policy
Logostick is committed to your total satisfaction with your new logo brand image. With our Custom designed logo offers we will issue a refund at any time before the first round of revisions or second set of concepts are requested. At this point in the process you may request a stop to all design work and your money will be refunded.
This refund policy will be void if any of these situations or conditions arise: You have requested a set of revisions to the initial set of concepts; You have requested a second set of concepts; If we do not hear from you for 30 days beyond our last contact with you (we will assume the project to be complete); If you have already approved of your logo; If the company we are creating the logo for doesn't launch or open, changes names or activities or closes.
Refunds are available to the actual Client for whom the logo was created. Refunds are not available for design companies or companies that are purchasing our services on behalf of another entity. If you receive a refund you agree that accepting a refund constitutes your sole remedy in regards to any relationship with Logostick and any of its affiliates. If you receive a refund you will have no rights of any kind or ownership to use any concept or other work Logostick has created on your behalf.
Chargeback's and disputes
Logostick will asses a $25 processing administration fee in the event of a chargeback. In the event of any legal disputes, client agrees that the filing venue is to be in Blue Earth County, Minnesota, USA.
Definition of a Concept
All concept work is delivered over the Internet. After we receive your creative brief our designers will use your information to creatively develop several different design directions (depending on your package selection). Once the specific concept design is chosen, the next stage in the process is the revision cycle.
Definition of a Revision
All revision work is delivered over the Internet. After you decide on the specific logo concept that best fits your company's brand image we will further refine your specifically chosen concept to establish your final logo. At this point in the process we will be making minor adjustments to the colors, position of the elements, or font selection.
For our premium packages, the number of concepts, follow-up revisions and number of different designers working on your logo is entirely dependent upon which Custom package you have purchased.
Free Gift Promotions Special Terms & Conditions
Free gift is only redeemable against a purchase of an online Design-it-yourself logo or any Premium Package online logo design service. Free gift offer is only valid against products purchased at Logostick.com. Free gift must be claimed by using the appropriate uniquely specific coupon code. Free gift is subject to availability & may differ from what is illustrated. Logostick.com reserves the right to offer an alternative free gift of an equivalent value in the event that the advertised item is no longer available. Free gift offer is limited to one free gift per qualifying order. Free gift delivery available for one address only. Offer is not transferable. The promotion period for any one free gift or other type of promotion is limited to the expiry date quoted on promotional material. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery of Free gifts after purchase. Logostick.com reserves the right to withdraw a promotional offer at any time. The free gifts are only supplied with the specifications/ features stated within the written descriptions, Logostick.com holds no responsibility for customer requirements or expectations beyond the stated specifications.
