What Information Do We Collect About You?

When you make a purchase at LogoStick.com you will provide us basic information: name, e-mail address, mailing address, ZIP code, phone, title, company name, and credit card numbers. This allows us to process your transactions more efficiently and, ultimately, to give you a higher caliber of customer service. We also may collect more information: your Internet service provider's address, the name of the Web page directing you, as well as your clicks and activity on our site. This tracking data helps us understand how to make our site more available and user-friendly to our customers.

What Information Do We Collect About Your Purchases?

We also gather customer information by taking note of the purchases you make online and from our catalogs. Looking at your purchases in context with marketing demographics or with information from companies whose products and services you may be interested in, helps our buyers and merchandisers continue to seek out products and designs you may find relevant and unique. Other companies may also forward additional names, mailing addresses, and e-mail addresses to us when we have news or product offerings that may be of special interest to their customers.

In order to serve you better, we may at times contract with other companies to help us process information. For instance, their assistance can help us better fulfill customer orders, manage and enhance customer data, and comply with postal regulations. For your security, these companies are bound by our non-disclosure agreements or contractual arrangements to provide privacy protection for your information.

Information Sharing

The information gathered may be shared with corporate affiliates of LogoStick.com.  We may share account or other information when we believe it is necessary to comply with the law or to protect our interests or property. This may include sharing information with companies, lawyers, credit bureaus, agents or government agencies in connection with issues related to fraud, credit or debt collection.

Links To Sites And Services

At times, we provide links our customers may be interested in. LogoStick is not responsible for these sites. If you choose to explore these sites and services, we suggest that you carefully review their individual Privacy Policies.

You may make a purchase from LogoStick.com through a link from another web site or search engine and may use their express checkout tool to do so. When you do, please be aware that both LogoStick.com and that Web site or search engine will receive your information.
Like other companies, LogoStick.com may use an outside company to place its advertising banners or links on other sites or to permit other companies to place advertising on LogoStick.com. In certain cases, the advertiser may collect information on people who click on the banner or link.

Information Sharing Is Up To You

We appreciate and respect that not all customers may wish to benefit from the opportunity to share information with other select companies. If you do not want LogoStick to share your customer information, please immediately contact us and we will remove your name from lists we share with other companies. After the six- to eight-week time period it takes to process your request, your information will no longer be shared. When contacting us, please clearly state your request, including your name, mailing address, email address, and phone number.
